Charles Karich started selling real estate over 43 years ago. After ranking in the top 3% of sales in the country, he made a move to head up South Hills Properties and their new REO Division in 1994.  He has been instrumental in building the company to one of the leading independently owned non-franchised firms in Southern California. With in-depth knowledge of the REO home market, strong business connections with a network of experienced real estate agents, and long-term working relationships with banks and financial institutions, South Hills Properties has become known for its exemplary service.

With old-fashioned hard work, discipline, and accountability, we’ve built strong relationships with banks such as Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Fidelity and more.
